QM77048 is a multi-mode, high efficiency MidBand and High Band L-PAMiD (LNA plus Power AmplifierModule with integrated Duplexers) module designed for use asthe integrated RF front-end in multi-mode NR / LTE / UMTS /CDMA mobile cellular equipment. The high efficiency L-PAMiDcontains power amplifier paths and LNA bank for 3G/4G/5GMid and High Band frequencies along with distributionswitches, multiplex filters, and antenna switches for multi-bandcoverage of both transmit and receive functions. QM77048band select, LNA gain and operating parameters areprogrammed through the Mobile Industry Processor Interface(MIPI) bus(es). The QM77048 transmit-receive modulesupports Average Power Tracking (APT) and EnvelopeTracking (ET) for application versatility combined with highersystem efficiency across a wide range of power levels.
